Yee Jee's Green and Eco-Friendly Tire Repair Products Making International Strides
Yee Jee Technology showcased its newly developed Pineapple Tire Sealant at the Taipei AMPA exhibition, integrating locally abundant fruits from Nantou. The sealant is made from extracted plant fibers from waste pineapple leaves, ensuring non-toxicity and environmental friendliness. With the capacity to consume 40 tons of pineapple waste annually, it reduces waste incineration and air pollution, effectively implementing ESG practices and promoting the recycling and reuse of renewable energy sources. Moreover, it significantly contributes to the local economy, creating a green economic miracle, and has been honored with the National Invention Award.
The exhibition also featured new tire repair patches, which utilize advanced manufacturing processes and rapid one-piece molding to achieve vacuum packaging, preventing the formation of air bubbles and increasing product lifespan. Coupled with the company's self-made adhesive and newly developed formula, which incorporates natural rubber components and meets regulatory standards, the patches exhibit improved adhesion and halve the waiting time for adhesive to dry. The company also prioritizes environmentally friendly packaging materials, using FSC-certified forest-friendly and recyclable paper, PP, PET, and other certified materials, garnering recognition from international buyers for its eco-friendly practices.
General Manager Su Qinghao stated that Yee Jee is a professional manufacturer and exporter of tire patches and tire sealants for bicycles, motorcycles, cars, trucks, etc. The company has obtained SGS certification and completed ISO 14064 greenhouse gas inventory and 14067 carbon footprint verification, issuing a sustainability report in 2022, duly notarized by accountants. From raw material imports to production and packaging, all products are 100% made in Taiwan.
